点评：San Jose Mission, aka Laguna Church, aka St. Joseph's Church
This church is in the old Laguna village on the Laguna Pueblo.
Visited on the feast days of March 19 and September 19.
Besides the main dances, there are also buffalo, eagle and butterfly dances.
There are lots of artists/vendors and food booths.
September 19 is their BIG feast day and lots of people attend.
They sometimes have a carnival during this feast.
March 19 has had pleasant weather the last two years and it was easy to find a spot for my chair inside of the plaza walls. The only spoilers were when a non-Native lady came and sat her chair practically right on top of another person's chair. Please be more considerate of others and leave a few or several inches. People need to be able to get in and out between the chairs. The man she was with made some stupid comment wishing he could be shirtless with war paint. That's disrespectful to the pueblo people and the dance. These feast day dances are religious events so act accordingly. It is not entertainment for you. You are allowed the privilege to observe.
