点评:This place is run by teenagers whose some need serious training on how to talk to costumers and people in general. My daughter had a birthday party there last Saturday 11th Jan. I have pre-ordered food, was served by a young teenage boy (slim build, brown short hair) called Louis P (that's what the receipt says). He took the order, gave me the receipt and said that he will also keep a copy of a receipt so they know what I have pre-ordered. The food arrived incomplete, chicken nuggets for one girl and nachos and 5 other girls waited and waited. I went to ask where the pizzas were was told :oh we will bring it over'. A girl came with one pepperoni pizza. I said that we didn't order pepperoni pizza but 3 cheese pizzas. Again :''oh we will make it for you''. So I had one girl eating her food and 5 other girls looking at her. I went over to the till and waited for food, when the guy who originally served me asked me what I want. I said that I'm waiting for our pizzas that we have pre-ordered 2 hours ago with him. I said he messed up the order, its my daughter's birthday and that we were leaving soon and that kids had no food. His respond was: '' so what is your point?' I could not believe his cheek and how rude he was to someone who is probably 30 years older then him. I said calmly that my point was that he messed up the order and that we need to leave soon. He kept answering back saying :''was is your point?'' and that they are making pizzas for us. I said that there is no apology from him, no acknowledgment for messing up the order and no sorry. He plainly walked away, ignoring me, and started talking about me to his colleague how some costumers are rude. I could hear him as I was standing near. Finally pizzas arrived, Louis put one pizza on the table and again no sorry nothing. What an arrogant, rude person. He should not be working there, full stop. How dare he treat paying costumers like that!
