Great Family Experience
Delphinus Playa Mujeres的点评
点评：Our family of four (13 & 10 year olds) booked the Supreme Delphenuis Experience in Playa Mujeres. The Supreme experience was only $10USD more per person than the next level down and provided a private family experience which was definitely worth the extra.
The price included transportation which was exactly on time both ways in a very modern and comfortable shuttle van. The facility and check in experience was excellent. All of the staff and trainers we interacted with were all exceptional and passionate about what their how was jobs.
The swim experience is in the open ocean, do you must be prepared that the weather and ocean conditions can affect your experience. We had some moderate waves which did create a bit of extra work and made at least one of our girls nervous. I would highly recommended that you are comfortable with water and likely close to 5' tall to get a solid footing on the platform while standing in the water. We saw families with young children struggling.
The experience itself was everything we expected. We had lots of time interacting with three different dolphins. The animals are amazing. Gentle. Smart. Tons of personality. We chose the "foot push" options which was a thrilling experience that I will never forget. We really enjoyed our time in the water.
The ONLY reason I do not provide a 5 star rating is the often commented ridiculous price for the photos. The photographer takes such good shots it is really too bad that they do not offer a price that is even somewhat realistic. I am sure they could be better off in the end if they cut their pricing in half. If you are thinking of buying the photos, don't take the first price. Like everything in Mexico, there is a "special price just for you" if you say no to the first offer.
All in all a great experience and we would recommend.
