点评：My hotel was on the circle so it seemed silly not to actually visit it. It's currently under construction but a sign advertised that the observation deck and shop were open. Part right...the deck was. The shop was obviously taking a leave of absence. You can walk up, but this was not in my wheelhouse, so I took the elevator. Now this is one small elevator and be aware, they will fill it (it fills with three people). If you're claustrophobic, not the spot for you. The observation deck is much smaller than it appears from outside, but gives a decent view of the surrounding metropolis. It's free, so no complaints about the price.
Once the construction's done it would be good if there could be a pamphlet or site going into detail about the monument, which would make more time spent here imperative. As it is now, not much need to allot more than an hour.
