Norwich Winter Wonderland what a joke dangerous and ruined my little girls birthday

点评：Utterly disgusting! This is the 2nd year running we went as my son loved the ice skating last yr. So this time around a group of 8 of us went. Now I appreciate that we were booked in for 5pm skate on the last day. However we still paid £50 for a family skate only to find a half melted ice rink.
Everyone came off of there soaking wet as one slip and you'd land in a puddle of water. I was also far more dangerous underfoot compared to last year due to the ice melting. Seemed liked Everyone was giving up ready to go home. The toilets were terrible and had no lights on so I had to clean my daughter up by phone light, not great when you have a 4yr old who doesn't like the dark.
You had to walk across a vast area of muddy unlit field to even get in the place! The Xmas tree maze was so muddy and dangerous the my friends little girl slipped and was covered head to toe in mud. She had to sit through dinner like this as we'd prefer booked a table at a local restaurant.
The crazy mouse ride all the kids wanted to go on had broken down. All in all Everyone came away a wet and cold muddy mess but I think we need to me thankful there were no broken bones with the state of that ice/pool.
If you're going to start closing down on the last day have the decency to offer reduced tickets. If someone could supply me with the best email to complain please as I'm just not happy about this!
