Extremely dissapointing Family experience!

点评：Winter Wonderland Norwich - Very disappointing - Avoid!
I am not entirely sure what I was expecting but my whole idea of a winter wonderland were crushed when we arrived there.
We came with two children aged 3 and 8. The car park is muddy uneven and unlit and then we needed to walk across a field to get to an entrance that looks more like from a third grade theme park or a halloween event rather than winter wonderland. The whole area was covered with wood and itnwas slippery to walk on, especially for our 3 year old. The toilets were an absolute dosgrace! I chose to go with my toddler putside for wee because the appaling state of the toilets made it impossible to use them! I was shocked and sickened that we paid not cheap money for this! We had ice skating booked and the skates were of worst quality, plastic skates that left my kids' feet scarred. The skated seemed to never have been sharpened and the quality of ice was ridiculous! The whole family only lasted 15 minutes isnide the rink due to pain in their feet and to avoid injuries. We are experienced ice skating family and we were above disappointed with the experience. Also the customer service wasn't the best. We came a little earlier and they told us to come back in 10 minutes but in less than 2 minutes she started serving others. The session was due to start 4.15pm but did not start until 4.25pm. We then went to get some food and drinks and they were was soooo pricey for the quality that it was abither shock for us! We would probably get a cheaper beer in a brewery in a nice place with quality service. It was generally dirty and not very well looked after! We then took our children to see Santa and we waited over 30 minutes outside to be taken tova little hut to do some crafting which was really dissapointing... there were only few markers left, children were asked to submit the glue out of the tube with a pencil as there was no more left, really sad. We were then asked to follow an elf to Santa's grotto to wait another 30 minutes! We do not recommend anyone to go there and spend their hard earned money on this! It was well overrated and I,wish we spent this money somewhere else and I believe that whoever organised this event should refund us for this! It was the first and last year we came to winder wonderland Norwich! Very disappointing Christmas Eve experience!
