点评：A real gem of a place located in a beautiful setting and near a wonderful village.
We stayed at the camp in Hut 34. It's great for a weekend to explore the history of the camp. The huts are very clean, comfortable and warm with good facilities including a wooden table and 4 chairs to sit outside and enjoy the sunshine which we did. The shower is a good size and the sofa, chairs and bed are comfortable. Only advice would be to take a dish/pan scrub as there was nothing to scrub the pots with! There is coffee, tea, sugar and washing up supplies and the fridge is an under counter with plenty of room. The email you receive with all the details and entry information is excellent.
The museum is welcoming and the volunteers who run it are friendly and very knowledgeable and obviously passionate about preserving this unique piece of history.
The village is 40 mins walk at a slow stroll pace and is lovely. There is a taxi service well advertised if you don't want to walk back in the dark.
