点评：After reading a quite few negative reviews, I was worried about my trip with Finnlines from Helsinki to Travemünde, but for no reason. I've had a wonderful journey on board!
As a solo traveller without a car, I worried about checking in, but it went smoothly. In Helsinki, a mini van brought me to the lift leading to the reception, and in Travemünde, the receptionist guided us to a bus waiting for us. No need to worry!
The cabins are more simple, but still very cozy. I felt comfortable and slept well, even though we had a storm. Everything was clean and usable!
I would recommend buying a meal package, since the buffet is so good and huge, there is something for everyone. I enjoyed the pancakes and berry cream for breakfast the most!
If the buffet is closed, there are two more places to get a snack or a drink. Also, several decks have an outside space to enjoy the view!
I bought wifi for the whole journey and it was very stable. I could always write my family that I was doing fine!
I recommend choosing Finnlines when going fo Finland. The crew is friendly and helpful, the food is good, and although the ship is more of a ferry than a cruise ship, it's cozy yo be on board the Finnstar!
