We were deeply disappointed, as this excursion was intended as a special Christmas and birthday gift. When I called Corail for clarification, I was told that the helicopter was undergoing repairs and wouldn’t be available until May, and that we should apply for a refund. Although the refund was issued, the late notice left us with no opportunity to rebook with another provider.
It’s even more disheartening to learn, through various Mauritius Facebook groups, that similar cancellations have been happening to others since early April.
For anyone considering booking with Corail, I would strongly recommend looking into other providers to avoid the same disappointment.
