A really excellent experience provided by a professional company and crew
Borneo Eco Tour的点评
点评：We booked a three night klotok tour with this company indirectly through an Indonesian travel agent. We had requested a private, air-conditioned boat.
We were thrilled with our experience. The quality of the boat (Number 5) and crew and guide (Diaz) were excellent. They looked hard for wildlife for us and we were not disappointed at all. In a four week trip to Indonesia, this was a real highlight.
You will definitely see orangutans on this trip. Most of them are semi-wild and have been released. We did not particularly enjoy going to any of the feeding stations, it is kind of a zoo really (the people type). Happily our guide understood this sentiment and led us on treks that were not crowded and where we saw some excellent birds.
We saw maybe 60-70 klotoks on the river during our trip. There's no doubt that the five boats we saw run by Borneo Eco Tours were the newest and most modern. Our crew was very careful about sanitation and cleanliness for cooking. We saw lots of boats where the crew was washing dishes in the river--yuck! Not on our boat.
