点评：We recently used Amazing Cars in Hanoi for a transfer from our hotel to the airport, and the entire experience was exceptional.
From the very beginning, communication with Dai, the owner, was smooth, clear, and professional. He responded quickly to our messages and made sure every detail of our booking was confirmed in advance. You can really feel he cares about delivering top-notch service.
On the day of our transfer, our driver David Nguyen arrived perfectly on time. He was extremely friendly, polite, and professional. Before departure, he showed us photos of the luxury minivan we had reserved — and it absolutely lived up to expectations.
The van featured ultra-comfortable business class-style seats, which made the ride incredibly comfortable and relaxing. It felt more like a first-class flight experience than a regular taxi service.
The drive to the airport was smooth, punctual, and stress-free. David was a great driver and ensured we arrived safely and well on time.
