Showcase Cinema Nantgarw的点评
点评：Sat down to watch the film with my 12 year old daughter and was sat in front of a group of young girls being loud asked them politely to be quiet during the film and they agreed, shortly after the children got up and down the steps and then came back i get approached by a member of staff asking me if I was vaping (obviously not as it's in a cinema and I'm with my daughter) I responded with no im with my daughter so she left. 10 minutes later another member of staff come up and approach me and ask if I'm using my phone and I said politely yes I have to as i have to respond to a message to my daughters father who's just had a stroke, I'm not recording and it was an emergency to respond. They gave me attitude even though I remaind polite and calm being with my daughtee and they left. Another 10 mins go by and I'm watching the movie with a handful of popcorn in my mouth/hand and another staff member comes up, stands next to me arms folded and says nothing but just watches me. By this point as you can imagine I'm feeling very upset and harassed so I stand up and say to my daughter come on let's leave, as im walking away the staff member follows me talking to me asking my issue I said you're taking the mick aint u? She acted stupid like she didn't know why I was upset and then as I get out of the doors of the screen there's a manager stood there waiting for me (or what it seemed) he asked what the issue is i said your staff harassing me while me and my daughter are trying to watch a film and explained I've been approached by 3 staff members already and now I feel upset by this and I'm leaving. He had nothing to say, no apologies nothing. The woman staff member tried to say she was only stood watching me because of the kids behind me. Mmm ok then hun. Disgraceful staff and ill never be returning
