Beautiful waterfall, challenging hike

点评：We booked this hike through our hotel. We were the only non-Spanish speakers in the group of ~24 people. I would pay more for an English speaking trip if it were available (but we made due with our limited Spanish). Guides were very nice but spoke very fast. They said a lot of things, seemingly detailed instructions, but we had only a glimpse of what was ahead. The hike to the waterfall was challenging (we are reasonably fit 60+ year olds used to hiking) with very steep rock step or tree-root step sections. There is a cable to hang on to which helps steady you in the most difficult parts. The waterfall is unusual and very beautiful, worth the hike. The group was mostly young men and quite boisterous. We were hoping to see birds along the hike but the group was a little too noisy. I recommend booking a private hike and not on a weekend when many from the local cities come to this region.
