点评：We were very disappointed by this expensive experience. It started with a visit to the dog pen where the Lagottos and GSP dogs were housed. The smell was horrendous. We then followed a truffle hunter into the forest, which was admittedly beautiful. But we soon discovered the only truffles the Lagotto found were pre-marked with small brown scent balls, very disappointing that it wasn't a legitimate truffle hunt. We then went back to the truffle hunting cabin for lunch. The smell of synthetic/artificial truffle aroma was very off-putting. We had a small amount of fresh truffle on a slice of bread but the rest of the bruschetta items were covered in fake truffle based products (truffle oil, truffle honey, truffle paste). We then had a truffle pasta which had a small amount of fresh truffle shaved on the top but was gritty from the soil, and truffle paste (fake truffle). We then had a cold, chewy omlette which had been sitting in the oven since before our visit commenced. We didn't end up finishing any of the food and asked the hunter if we could leave early. We all left with bad headaches from the fake truffle aroma being used. As truffle hunters ourselves, wanting a legitimate Italian truffle experience, we were sorely disappointed.
