点评:I have been going to tips and toes in Abu Dhabi/AND was going to Al Hamra branch altogether 6 years. I made the BIG mistake of buying a membership to save a few dirhams and originally told I could cancel anytime-being an expat-sounded great since you never know how long you will stay. I was given the runaround by supposed mangemement-a superivisor not direct management-that it couldnt be done-referred to Tabby-the company that deals with Tips and Toes after being told I needed to contact them -then they told me the merchant T&T needed to be informed -I did so in the end I need to pay for services not rendered. I guess they are allowed to steal from the public-since there is poor management- I have to go somewhere else for services since it is embarassing as a consumer to be fooled by a company allowed to do this in the United Arab Emirates to take money without permission. So unfortunate companies like this exist and take advantage of consumers trying to do the right thing but in the end lied to. I am not complaining about techinicians that work there-but people/company that are running the salon-so consumers be warned.
