点评：Small and overcrowded tanks (meaning that some fish had fins injuries due to cannibalism/attacks by other fish in the tank, as well as the majority of fish and sea turtles were circling non-stop).
Also, high interaction between staff and animals (eg. staff using food to train otters to be cuddled) as well as customers and animals (some starfish are in isolated little pools so that the customers can touch them).
On top of it, the staff didn't say anything to kids banging on the tanks, despite several signs ask not to do so (I will not even mention the complete zero value of the role of their parents, here).
I am sorry to say that this place is not ethical at all, it is no better than tours to ride elephants and cuddle tigers. The fact that something makes tourists happy, doesn't mean that it is respectful and positive for the animals involved. This should be a place of culture and animal protection, not a place that rides people's ignorance.
