His behavior toward his staff and new patrons, is nothing short of demeaning and unprofessional. Instead of fostering a supportive and welcoming environment, he chooses to belittle and condescend, making it abundantly clear that he has no business in a leadership role.
His arrogance is astounding, and his lack of basic customer service skills is even worse. If he treats employees with such disrespect, one can only imagine how little he cares about the guests who visit. A manager should lead by example, but Cole is an embarrassment to the establishment, driving morale into the ground with his toxic attitude.
It is beyond unacceptable for someone in his position to act this way, and it's clear he is neither qualified nor competent enough to manage a team, let alone an entire operation. If Coca-Cola Tubing Hill values its reputation and its employees, they should waste no time replacing him with someone who actually understands leadership, respect, and hospitality.
