点评:This is one of the "must-dos" of Tokyo, which means it is an impressive place to visit but timing matters. Our tour guide took us here around 8 am, and the walk to the shrine was relaxing, open and we were able to hear our guide speaking to us. The shrine itself is majestic and I can understand why this is a such a popular attraction.
The reason for the 4 stars is even though it was a 5 star experience for us at that time, if you don't get there early it may not be worth it. By the time we were done at the shrine and walking about, so an hour later, the path was packed. Like, waiting for a subway packed. There were so many guides with speakers and our guide didn't really bother trying to talk to us on the way back because it was so loud.
Go early if you want to actually enjoy it.
