点评：We communicated with YDSL via WhatsApp, where he was very responsive and shared a lot of useful guidance. He also helped plan our trip and recommended new places to visit.
When communicating your itinerary with the operator, please be mindful if you have specific requests regarding locations and timing. Otherwise, the operator will arrange the trip based on the most conventional route. In our case, we love taking landscape photos, which typically happens in the morning and evening. Due to unclear communication, YDSL scheduled a visit to a particular location in the afternoon since it was along the way to our hotel. However, our plan was to check in first and then visit the site in the evening. Fortunately, we were able to discuss this with the operator during the trip, and they kindly accommodated our request, even allowing for an extra 40 km of travel.
Both of our drivers were polite, friendly, and punctual. We had two drivers because our originally allocated driver had a family emergency on the first day, and the operator promptly arranged for a replacement. The car was well-maintained and clean, and our driver even took the time to wash it during the trip. At the end of our journey, our driver gave us a thoughtful souvenir as a token of friendship :)
