Great Spanish Immersion Experience!

点评：I just spent 2.5 weeks in Otavalo attending Elizabeth's Spanish School. I booked 1/2 day lessons with a friend. We found 2 on 1 teaching sessions to be effective. Our teacher, Belen, was kind and funny. It was quite intense and we studied very hard while there. Classes consisted of reading stories aloud in Spanish, improving both our listening comprehension and also our pronunciation. We held conversations and we reviewed grammar and vocabulary. There was homework every day!
Once a week, we would go on a 1/2 day excursion to local surrounding attractions such as a weaving shop, a local waterfall park and local markets to practice our growing Spanish abilities.
We stayed at a local nearby family owned hotel within close walking distance to the school. Walking about the town felt safe and easy to navigate.
Elizabeth made the process very easy, assisting us with the hotel reservations and organizing taxi transport to/from the Quito airport. I highly recommend this Spanish school!
This was a fun and very affordable way to jump start or further your Spanish learning experience! I will definitely return again!
