Happy Marrakech Tours的点评
点评：We opted for several Tours with Happy Tours.
These were sold by Sajid at the Sol Oasis Hotel and operate independently from the very good hotel.
Being an international Pilot, I’m not naive to Cities and their cultures. We travel as a family with a 5 year old.
The first tour was to Marrakech centre. As imagined this was busy, colourful and exciting.
The tour guide talked in some detail about Marrakech.
We walked very quickly for a long time through the narrow bazaar areas,(Medina,) with motorcycles squeezing their way through.
On many occasions I felt obliged to carry her to ensure her safety.
The tour was punctuated with a Tea stop that was actually an opportunity to sell lotions and potions. Interesting and we bought some but not a real tea stop.
My feedback would be to lessen the distance walked and let people see more.
SECOND tour was to the Waterfalls via a locals (Berber,) house.
We ended up in a very busy small Atlas mountain village for lunch.
Food was good and colours and friendless of the locals were fantastic.
HOWEVER- this is a moderately difficult climb to the Waterfalls. No way a 5 year old or someone of restricted mobility can make it.
Wear trainers if you go.
We did just ,very pleasantly, sit by the river and watch the world go by for an hour or so in the shade but we didn’t get the, quite expensive tour, waterfalls.
In summary, very friendly people but clarifying if the tour is appropriate for you.
Feedback to tour guides. Offer some structure including what is happening now and next on the tour.
