I’d like to put in a serious complaint about a fall that happened today at 13:20
Their was water on the floor in the safety room that a customer did bring to a staff members attention but nothing was done about it that resulted in my friend who is already on crutches and is disabled falling and hurting his knee! He was offered a bottle of water and ice packs with an apology but this could have ended seriously.
I saw staff members coming in and out prior to this and not even cleaning the spillage up. As stated a woman did report this spillage half an hour before the accident happened. My friend is now in a lot of pain with his knee through something that could have been avoided if the staff members put wet floor signs down. I really don’t think an apology is enough with his serious this could have been! This could have been a young child who easily could have slipped and smashed their head off the wall!
