Really enjoyable visit to Elephant Whispers

点评：We enjoyed our visit to Elephant Whispers. It’s a beautiful place and very well run and organized. We enjoyed the talk about the elephants which explained a lot about elephants and we learned a lot. The elephants are very well trained, I didn’t realize that African Elephants could be trained this way. The purpose of the training is to show us what they are capable of to understand them better and their intelligence. All the animals are rescued and given a second chance at a better life. The animals are very well cared for, they are happy and content and learn the activities for rewards, they love getting their treats it’s clear to see. The staff that look after the animals are really great with them, you can tell they are passionate about telling the elephants story and teaching the tourists about elephants so they are better understood. It’s definitely worth a visit if you love elephants and want to get closer to them in an ethical way.
