Amazing experience
海豚湾的点评
点评：We visited today, myself and 6yr old daughter, we booked for the dolphin encounter at 10.15 and arrived 10mins early (ticket said arrive 5mins before) I didn’t realise they meant arrive at Atlas village 5mins before. We checked in at the main gate and they called through and because of the queues the experience had already started but they transferred us to 11am free of charge which was amazing. We got to Atlas village about 20mins before and everything was quick and easy, the staff are brilliant and really helpful. The experience itself was amazing, the trainer and lady with our group were amazing, really thorough in answering any questions my inquisitive 6yr old had. Our dolphin was black, and they took time with everyone in the group to explain his history right down to his birthmark that looks like a stegosaurus. They provided towels and drinks as part of the ticket. The only slight issue was the photos, it took ages to be seen and they don’t do many packages, it was all digitally for a hefty price or individually priced at 165AED. We picked a few and were given a card to access the digital copies of the ones we had bought. Before we left the park I checked the card and the photos had not arrived, we went back and the staff were brilliant, they changed systems the day before and were having teething problems. They sorted it all out and as an apology they gave me all the photos digitally from our session. Absolutely 5* service and care from all the staff, the dolphins are so well looked after and we couldn’t have had a better time
