Disappointing and not as described

点评：Just coming to the end of a Raja Ampat and spice islands cruise. We’ve been extremely disappointed overall. Loads of excursions listed on the itinerary simply did not happen, with no warning or explanation and no similar alternative offered. Longest walk was around 1k, as most of the clientele are extremely elderly with mobility problems. We had an extra sea day added and completely skipped two islands. The quality of the guiding has been really poor, the company relies on local guides who speak little to no English and the groups are so large only a few people can hear anything.
The staff are nice, and the ship reasonably comfortable although no luxuries. Food is ok, but boring and repetitive. Although there are several bars none are open except at meal times even on sea days.
Overall I’d only recommend the company for the over 70s who want a really gentle cruise, not for anyone who wants to actually explore the area.
