点评：We did an 10-day safari and culture tour with Meru Slopes, guided by Jacob, and the experience was absolutely amazing—far beyond our expectations.
Jacob is an incredible safari guide.
Thanks to him, we saw every animal we hoped for and more: lions, elephants, giraffes, rhinos, leopards sleeping in trees, cheetahs hunting, and even cheetahs with babies eating a gazelle. His wildlife knowledge is outstanding—he often spotted animals before anyone else and always positioned the vehicle in the best possible place for photos. He explained animal behaviors in a clear and fascinating way, which made every sighting even more meaningful.
Jacob is also extremely knowledgeable about local culture and could answer any question we had. His English is excellent, making communication very easy and comfortable throughout the trip.
What really impressed us was his professionalism and care. We had a few rainy days and the roads were very muddy, leaving the car and floor mats quite dirty. Jacob cleaned the car and mats every single day, so they were spotless every morning. We noticed that guides from other companies didn’t always do this—it really showed how much pride he takes in his work.
Our trip agent, Jerome, was equally fantastic.
He was very responsive, patient, and accommodating during the planning process. We changed our itinerary several times, and each time he provided updated versions quickly and thoughtfully. His efficiency and willingness to adjust plans were a big reason we chose Meru Slopes, and we’re so glad we did.
