Horseshoe Falls的点评
点评：I would focus on the transport from Toronto as many have already covered the Falls. There are two bus companies running direct service to NF. We took Flixbus from Toronto (the other one is Megabus) and the cost is around £6-10 each way. The journey was 1.5 to 2 hours depending on the traffic. We chose to take the bus because there are a lot more schedules than the train. There is a combo ticket by GO Train but the only direct return journey is at 9pm (Winter schedule I think).
The bus terminates at Rapidsview which is a mile away from Table Rock where the Hourseshoes falls are. There is a shuttle bus stopping at Rapidsview running circular routes to Table Rock and other places. I believe the train stops at the other end of the whole area and you also need to take the shuttle to reach the falls.
We didn't buy any bus tickets as we walked all the way to Clifton Hill (where the Ferris Wheel is) and back, it took about half an hour each way. We spent about 5-6 hours altogether including lunch and shopping and felt it was enough to appreciate the beauty of the area.
