点评:Visited Fabb in Wednesbury07/09/2024 and ordered a suite comprising of two 2-seater sofas with electronic recliners. Approximate lead time 7 weeks. It is now 13 weeks later in December and we were assured of delivery before Christmas (which is in 2 weeks’ time).
Despite regular phone calls and emails chasing this, we are none the wiser as to when we will receive the sofas. We have had conversations of ‘it is in the warehouse and we will call you next week to arrange delivery’ (30/10/2024) to ‘we are waiting for an update from the manufacturers as to when it will be delivered to the warehouse, we are expecting this to be before Christmas’ (10/12/2024).
Asked for their complaints procedure and was told they’d log my last call as a complaint!
Was told we cannot cancel and even if we did it would still be delivered. What would happen if we refused deliver, would they leave it on the drive!
