点评:I am a long time customer of Coach. This particular evening I must say I never had someone so rudely (night manager Monika) handle a situation. My sale person Makayla was very patient and tried to help as much as possible (she apologized for what happened and didn’t understand the reason for not able to assist and do an exchange). I came into the store to do an exchange of 3 items (clothing) with a receipt. I was told at checkout because items were purchased a week prior on-sale and are no longer on-sale I would have to pay the difference (mind you it’s an even exchange items just different sizes, exchanging well with in the 30 days….. items new with tags never worn) Night manager informed me it was her stores policy that if items are exchanged and price is more there is no such thing as even exchange, I had to pay the difference. I’m shock if this is policy as it’s not anywhere on website or anywhere visible for the customer to see. From the moment Monika was asked a few questions about the exchange I could sense she had an issue with me personally. She spoke down to me condescendingly. I believe she looked at me and felt I wasn’t worth the time to help. I felt judged! (I’m not sure if it was because of my race) The sales lady Makayla was very apologetic. Very poor customer service from Night Manager Monika.
