AVOID! Terrible customer service

点评：This company are absolute cowboys. Believe the other negative reviews. They are money robbing, greedy people who don’t deserve your business. Go with a different company who actually value their customers.
Had to change dates due to an accident and my friend I was going with medically condemned from horse riding for this year. Asked to transfer our deposit to next year when my friend will be able to ride again. Gave them months and months of notice for this and it was for a bank holiday weekend so they will definitely be able to re-sell our original dates. We were told we can cancel and loose all the deposit, or if we want to transfer to a date next year they would only transfer half the deposit. Therefore a few hundred quid gone, either way.
We were more than happy to lock into dates now for a ride next year but no they wouldn’t let us. Just wanted our full deposit money to keep for themselves.
Do yourself a favour and go with a different company. Very very disappointed and they are really really rude on the phone.
