Great North Museum: Hancock的点评
点评：This museum is free with a request for a donation. It’s very close to central Newcastle. It’s a grand building. If going to walk the Hadrian’s wall there is a really good display as well as information.
The museum encompasses nature science as well as cultures.
The planetarium has a small fee about GBP3.00 for shows, buy tickets from shop. It was nice to sit down and watch show, well written for rug rats and adults.
I spent a couple of hours, I would say most of the writing in the cases is too small even with my glasses due to the distance bending down too as most are at the bottom of the display.
There are Lockers by the entrance for bags and buggies for a pound. A small café on the second floor. As expected all very clean and tidy. I like the way its organised, I did look at the plan and organised a route in my head.
