点评:We spent the afternoon enjoying our tour of the Louisville Slugger Museum and Factory. Upon arrival you are greeted out front with the biggest baseball bat you'll even see. We had a 2:40 tour of the Factory and they are prompt. They begin right on time so make sure to pay attention when they announce your tour. You'll hear it, so don't worry. It was interesting to learn about the process of how each bat is made from cutting the tree to the final dipping of the bat. Our guide was very knowledgeable and explained everything along the way. In the museum we had the opportunity to hold and get pictures with a game used bat. There is one bat from every team. I chose the Andre Dawson bat. Walking around the museum we learned more of the history of Louisville Slugger and also about the players who used them. If you are feeling adventurous you can take a "swing" in the batting cage(10 balls for $2). I managed to make contact with most of the pitchs and so did my son. My daughter wanted nothing to do with it. Overall we really enjoyed our trip to the museum.
