Nice Botanical Gardens, with great exhibits, Stop when in Sarasota, FL.

点评：We were in Sarasota to spend the night before our flight home, we were looking for somewhere to go to take pictures and see butterflies. We found out after we paid the $28 each fee that the butterflies were only found on bushes around the gardens not actually a house of them.
The gardens were beautiful, well manicured, and they had a George Harrison "Gardener" exhibit going on with a lot of his musical sayings, and some beautiful arrangements of the flowers, ferns, and different plants.
Even though the butterflies weren't there, we had a nice day of walking around taking pictures and seeing everything they had to offer. The Desert plants was exquisite, with lots of different cactus, and desert plants and trees. They have a restaurant in the middle of the grounds that serves delicious food and snacks.
We talked to one of the many volunteers and we were telling him about looking for the butterflies and he told us they have a sister botanical gardens 20 minutes south that has a large collection of them. We didn't go to that one this time but maybe next time we are in the area.
The gardens were well worth the cost, it was a beautiful spring day of 85 degrees in Sarasota, FL.
