点评：If you’re considering a stay at this hotel, I urge you to think twice. Upon arrival, the first thing that hit us was a foul odor—definitely not the welcome we expected. Although the check-in process was handled quickly and efficiently by a friendly staff member, the overall experience quickly took a downturn.
Our room was spacious and reasonably clean, but that’s where the positives stopped. We ventured out to find the pool, only to be met by a disappointingly small and cloudy water. The hotel’s attempt to mask lingering odors with overpowering air fresheners did nothing to improve the atmosphere.
The rooftop jacuzzi was a slight redeeming factor, but when we returned for a soak on our second night, we were met with the unthinkable—no towels available. How frustrating!
Breakfast was another letdown. We arrived at 9:30 to find almost nothing available—just a couple of bagels, some juice, and truly terrible coffee. Although a staff member offered a friendly greeting, he promptly disappeared, leaving hungry guests without restocking.
Then came the most shocking part of our experience: we attempted to enjoy a walk on the beach but were met with an overwhelming stench of rotten eggs, caused by an undisclosed algae bloom. This issue was never mentioned in any of the reviews, raising serious questions about the authenticity of these reviews.
After paying $572.00 for two nights, we were astonished to discover an additional $80.00 in fees upon checkout. Considering we chose to stay here in hopes of enjoying a nice pool and beach, only to be sorely disappointed, I wish we had opted for the Inns at Bellevue instead. They always provide an amazing breakfast and exceptional service.
As a tired teacher seeking rest and relaxation, this experience was not just a disappointment—it was a complete waste of money. Save yourself the trouble and seek accommodations elsewhere!
