点评：Delivery was always random and poor but its gone to the dogs in recent months. They never gave you proper expectation of when a delivery might come - it could arrive 2 days later as expected, or you might be waiting a week or two. I often ended up ordering the "wait and save" as the value was good and the delivery window slightly more predictable, but this season was just abysmal from December on.
Pre-ordered a large bag of oak for end of December, what arrived was birch and it was far less than the description suggested.
Ordered again, the 3 "handy bags" of birch with briquettes, which took 3 weeks to arrive, and arrived on two separate deliveries a week apart, on two different pallets.
Finally, the last straw, pre-ordered in January 390k bagged birch logs, for delivery in late March. First the date went to a week later in March, then to a month later in April, and finally, I see the expected dispatch date is in mid June! That's a delay of 3 full months from the original delivery date and the last delay didn't come with a notification.
The price is EXTREMELY cheap, and the wood decent enough, but the customer service and delivery is abysmal. This latest saga is the last straw, and I won't be buying fuel from them again at any price.

价格超级便宜，木材也还不错，但客服和送货却糟糕透顶。这次的事件简直是压死骆驼的最后一根稻草，以后无论价格如何，我都不会再买他们的燃油了。
