点评：I had high expectations for Santorini Platinum Travel based on their marketing, but my experience was deeply disappointing. From the start, communication was poor — emails went unanswered for days, and when I finally received responses, they were vague and unhelpful. The itinerary they provided was generic and clearly not tailored to our interests, despite multiple consultations.
Transportation was chaotic. Drivers arrived late more than once, and one vehicle was not up to standard — dirty and without air conditioning in the summer heat. The “luxury” accommodations we were promised were average at best, with one hotel having plumbing issues and poor service.
Even worse, we were charged extra fees mid-trip without prior notice, and their justification was unclear and unprofessional. When I raised concerns, the agent I dealt with became defensive rather than apologetic. This kind of service is unacceptable, especially from a company that brands itself as a premium travel provider.
Santorini itself is beautiful, but our experience with Platinum Travel tarnished the trip. I would not recommend this agency to anyone looking for a stress-free or luxurious vacation. There are far better options that actually deliver on their promises.
