点评:This church is a must-see for anyone who's interested in US history and/or wants to visit historical sites in Boston. It's the oldest standing church building in Boston and played a role in Paul Revere's midnight ride, and it definitely feels its history. They were doing some maintenance on the interior of the building when we visited, although the metal scaffolding didn't take away from the feel of the place - we were still able to wander up and down the aisles, reading about different historical figures and events. We started listening to the audioguides, but ended up just reading the plaques on the walls. I wish we'd been able to visit the upper level, as it was closed off to visitors. This is an active Episcopalian congregation, which makes the history even more vivid - it's amazing that the membership has survived this long.
We also visited the crypt, which was a bit underwhelming - it was a lot smaller than we expected. However, the staff members who worked down there were super friendly and answered all of our questions. The crypt felt its age even more than the church; a lot of the names were hard to read, and we could hear peoples' footsteps above us.

我们还参观了地下室,感觉有点失望——它比我们预想的要小得多。不过,在那里工作的工作人员非常友好,回答了我们所有的问题。地下室比教堂更显得古老;许多名字都难以辨认,我们可以听到上面人们的脚步声。
