Well worth the visit but photos too expensive.

点评：There were five star aspects to this trip but a couple of factors brought the score down.
Everything is super efficient and the guides will offer English or Spanish or even do both.
Our guide was ‘Siri’ who was charming and informative as well as open to questions. She led us through their mini jungle and gave us opportunities to hold certain creatures and pose for photos. There is a small gift shop at the end of the experience and you are offered a drink while you fill out a survey. It was wonderful to be so close to the stunning McCaws and range of cheeky monkeys. There were other animals too.
My reservations are two fold. I really enjoyed what we did and would have liked more time and more information at each stop we made.
Some of it was very brief and the guides have to be mindful of other groups touring around.
My biggest reservation was with the professional photos taken. There is a photographer who takes pics when you hold some of the creatures. I don’t doubt that the photos are excellent. With the monkey encounter you aren’t allowed to take anything at all into the enclosure including your phone so the only photo you could have ( and the best photo of the day) would be from the professional photographer.
The packages START at 50 dollars. No options to buy just one or two. Having spent £200 on taxi and entrance by this point , I felt this was way too much to ask without giving any cheaper option. I would imagine they lose a lot of potential sales because of this. I only wanted the monkey picture but I wasn’t going g to pay 50 dollars for it!
I would like to thank Siri for guiding us so beautifully and being so helpful. It was a pleasure to learn from her. It was a joy to see the animals . Thank you .
