点评：I am extremely grateful to have had Mingara Hydro Pool since retiring here in 2003 as the 35 degree water has been a wonderful relief for my chronic pain and joint replacements,I have also I found the staff all really lovely over that entire time so it's been a long pleasant experience.
However since under new management the past year or so,I have been regularly disappointed as the temperature barely makes the lowest in the recommended range. To exacerbate this' the powers that be' decided suddenly in March 2025,to open wide the two large double back doors mid-session, which allows the wind to blow across the pool,very unpleasant on shoulders and arms not under the water now,so of course we are dreading winter.
On inquiry, ventilation reasons were given,which is extremely odd when over 2+ decades,the 3 front doors being open and several fans operating in the ceiling have sufficed.No thought whatsoever has been given to the older patrons or consultation so they don't care what we think or want.
