点评：A group of seven of us from Australia recently took on the A2O cycle trail over four days on our own gravel bikes, and we couldn’t have been more impressed with the experience. The package was outstanding—communication was seamless, transfers were always punctual, bag transfers were effortless, and the accommodations were spot on. The organisation and logistics were flawless from start to finish.
Although we “missed” a few meals due to a minor cut-and-paste mistake on our part, the team went above and beyond by refunding us $100 for those meals—something they were under no obligation to do. It’s just another example of their exceptional service and professionalism.
We’re an experienced group of riders who’ve tackled big adventures, including crossing Australia and South America, and we all agree that this was one of the best “value-for-money” trips we’ve ever had.
And they even found they even managed to find and return my hydration pack I left on the trail. Amazing.
