点评：Regarding GoOpti, I’ve been using their service since the very beginning, and I can say I’ve already spent a significant amount of money with them. However, ever since they started working with subcontractors—especially Italian ones—the service has become terrible. They don’t wait for you if your flight is delayed, and they just leave you stranded, forcing you to figure things out on your own and then deal with them over email. The quality of service has drastically declined.
Even though you pay around 240 euros for a round trip from Koper to Venice Airport, you’d expect a higher level of professionalism. So the bottom line is: if you’re catching a flight, they’ll get you there. But if you’re expecting a ride after your flight, it’s a lottery—especially if your flight is delayed. If you’re lucky and get a Slovenian driver, it’s usually fine. Otherwise, you’re on your own.
I recommend thinking twice before choosing GoOpti.
