Tired, Dirty and it’s a No from Me

点评：Very tired and dirty, staff were generally unwelcoming and militant. Advised couldn’t eat own drinks or food in the venue. Most kids take and drink out of their own drinks bottle but that was frowned upon and policed. Not great when you want them to keep hydrated when running around. We will normally purchase lunch but take a snack as kids are fussy. Kids were having a small vanilla biscuit and we got told off for eating own food. They advised it was due to allergies but I’m not sure I buy into that, more profiteering (the biscuits were nut free and eaten at the table!). Manager/Owner seems to sit behind the desk and feedback comes via young workers which felt very cold and unwelcoming. I fully understand facilities need and want to make as much profit as possible and use their cafe. It just felt uncomfortable and unnecessary. So when you take that into account, plus the dirty and tired soft play, £55 for entry and food felt way off the mark. The food was also not amazing, no healthy options and no fruit. Would not recommend or return.
