点评:We booked 4 people for The Grand Parlor. The venue was clearly short staffed. Our game started late, we received repetitive and unhelpful clues as well as misleading clues that made us waste significant time. Most of the game we would ask for a clue and were left waiting 3-4 minutes at a time just standing there, only to again receive a clue that was unhelpful or repetitive. I followed up with an email to 13th Hour to discuss the situation and never received a response, which was very disappointing. We had done another game that same day which was great, but this one left us with great disappointment. $285 for an escape room to leave aggravated is not what you want for an afternoon, and it is unlikely we will return after this experience. Hard to risk such a large expense when a similar experience may come up and especially knowing that customer service is clearly not a priority.
