点评：The worst gift! Got a voucher gifted to me for a helicopter experience and it’s been a nightmare. I had to pay to extend a voucher date and then the company cancelled the experience with less the 24 hours to spare. Rebooked for a year later (the dates given to me were sparse for my area) and paid more money to add on my partner. This was also cancelled with less than 24 hours to go! The next available dates will make my voucher over 2 years old!! Asked for a refund which was refused twice and I now can’t use the voucher at all. Avoid yourself the hassle with this experience/company, such an inconvenience. (company will say it’s in their terms and safety first blah blah blah) but this was a gift, which after reading their terms, I’d have never bought for myself. You’d think at this point a refund would be reasonable, but apparently not!
