点评：We had booked in well in advance with email confirmation and caught a taxi to the booked in show only to find nobody there, when we phoned up to see what happened he asked if we could wait around at the seal colony for 2.5 hours as he had decided to do the show later. This was really crap since we were with a 3 year old who was excited about it and had to go through the hassle of loading into and traveling in a taxi, waiting around while we worked out why nobody was there, then taxiing back to our accommodation. (this wasted 2 hours of our limited time in Kaikoura and cost us $80 in taxis) I understand things may change for whatever reason but its not very good when the attraction provider does not contact you to let you know. At the very least we could have been given an apology or had our taxi paid for.
