点评：If you are approaching Bristol from the north then Lansdowne park-and-ride is an excellent place to park as it has a pretty reliable shuttle bus service running therefrom to the centre of Bath (Queens Square) from where the return journey is also made. It seems that the service runs every 15 minutes or so. There are no demarcation parking bays at the park-and-ride which does mean that a lot of potential parking space is lost at times. The site is for public parking and is managed by MiPermit and although there is much written in the reviews about not needing to pay for the parking – there is no evidence that this is so and therefore it seems to me that to be on the safe side it is probably better to pay the £2.50 for 24 hours parking as MiPermit don’t have any means by which they can relate a park-and-ride ticket to the registration of a vehicle. also, it is worth noting that English bus passes are permitted to be used on the park-and-ride service but only after 09:00 hours. The journey takes about 20 minutes into Bath city Centre.
