Terrible experience with the current chairman of Johannesburg Skydiving Club. The club might offer good service?

点评：I had a terrible experience with Johannesburg Skydiving Club, more specifically with Bryan Pather aka "Glimmer". My appointment for tandem skydiving was booked for 15 March 2025, payment was made in full and it was also confirmed as such, as well as the date was confirmed. Upon our arrival there is no movement at Johannesburg Skydiving Club, the gate is closed, I call 21 (twenty one times) times, send whatsapp messages, even an sms, but nothing is answered. My son calls the exact same phone number and it is then answered by Glimmer with a curt answer that the club is closed due to weather (what weather? There were clouds, but it was not completely cloudy). In the meantime, my colleague also calls Glimmer and he answers the phone again, but all 21 times I called, he has not answered the phone once... This undoubtedly creates the impression of a scam.
Glimmer, who glitters in his absence,'s wife calls me the next afternoon with the excuse that they didn't know they had an appointment and that I just need to send my proof of payment again, even though I received an email with my booking number. Couldn't they just follow up on their own emails?
If Glimmer, who glitters in his absence, is not even qualified to answer a phone and neither Glitter nor his wife is even aware of an appointment (which was paid in full), how can one trust them with your life?
Fortunately for the club, the previous chairman was able to come to the aid of Glimmer's incompetence.
The problem therefore does not lie with the club, but rather with the current chairman's incompetence.
