点评:This review has nothing to do with how the physical, in person activity is. We booked an escape room for a fun family outing while I was in town visiting my sister. Twenty minutes before we were to leave to, to head to the escape room, the establishment called to tell us they had lost power. Understandable, and out of their hands. They said we could reschedule for a later date. That wasn't going to be possible because we were leaving the next day. They offered a FULL refund, and I accepted. The original amount charged to my card for a group of 6 was $153.23. The amount that they refunded to my bank account was $145.13. I called the next day to ask why I wasn't refunded the FULL amount that was offered to me. The manager simply said that there is a processing fee that the website they utilize charges, and that they couldn't refund that. That's not the correct answer. When a company uses a business to process their online booking, yet the customer doesn't get to use the paid for service, that is absorbed by the company. We as the group had absolutely nothing to do with why we weren't allowed to attend the escape room. When I asked to speak to the owner, the manager who had been in the position for two years, gave me an attitude and then proceeded to tell me he wasn't sure he would give me that information. Just the attitude he gave, alone, will keep me from ever trying to use this company again.
