Classic South Australian Beach
Glenelg Beach的点评
点评：Glenelg Beach is a classic South Australian beach, with a long stretch of sand, calm waters and a jetty that stretches out into the sea.
It’s not difficult to get here from the city. We managed easily without a car and instead, we caught the Glenelg tram from Victoria Square. It runs regularly and within 30 minutes, we were getting off at Glenelg.
We got off at Moseley Square (which is the final stop), and the beach right was right in front of us. It really couldn’t have been more straightforward.
We spent a little bit of time having a look at the beach and walking out along the jetty. We had a drink at the Stamford Grand Bar, where we sat overlooking the park and beach and then we set off in the direction of Seacliff. A lovely, long coastal walking trail links Glenelg Beach with Brighton and Seacliff beaches. If you enjoy a good walk and want to see a little more of South Australia’s coastline, I’d highly recommend doing this.
