Commendation on the whole staff at the Spa in you hotel and Thank you!!!

点评：I was a guest at your hotel last weekend.. I want to highly commend Marina Mirochnik and her entire staff at the Spa.. These girls were amazing.. each one of them individually was helpful, caring, competent, explained the services very well and were at the top of the service with pleasure scale.. The girl who helped me buy a sweatshirt that says FAENA was so helpful.. so pleasant... so willing to service me so that i was happy.. I returned the sweatshirt twice due to size ... and i must admit i felt a bit shy and reserved about returning it the second time due to size and she was above and beyond warm and caring of my needs..
the lady who gave me the massage OMG!! she was just the best.... the best massage i have ever received.. She was extra ordinary.. Her hands are like magic and she new just where the narled up spots were on my body and she went to work opening the flows in those areas. Simply the best.. She was competent, in good communication, warm, helpful, full of love and good things.
I must say each of the girls at the spa were individually very special. No question no problem was too much for them.. No visit with them met with resistance ... only warm welcoming flows to serve well and make my stay pleasant.. I want to thank these girls, ladies, very much and let them know i enjoyed getting to know them each, working with them, and having them help me.. So so so Well Done girls!!!! I'll always remember you.. ha ha I may just make a trip down to Miami from Clearwater Fl for a day at your spa and the Taja IV salon.
